    1. The developer does not warrant that this application is free of defects, either explicitly or implicitly. This includes defects such as safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors and bugs, infringement of rights.
    2. The developer does not take any responsibility for any damage caused to the user by this application.
    3. The developer does not take any responsibility for transactions, contacts, disputes, etc. between the user and other users or third parties regarding this application.

     

    5) Changes to Terms of Use

    1. The developer may change this agreement at any time without notifying the user when it is necessary. If you start using this application after changing these terms, it is assumed that the user has agreed to the changed terms.
